Transformation
The word Metanoia is Greek for transformation, metamorphosis to be precise. The process through which a caterpillar turns into a butterfly. We are the cocoon that provides an environment for growth.

Our personnel have been trained in and have intensive knowledge of the B-BBEE legislation, the Dti Verification Manual, the Codes of Good Practice issued under Section 9 (1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 (”the Codes”), and Specific Sector Codes expertise and experience in assessing, verifying and validating both disclosed and undisclosed B-BBEE-related information on entities.
Our team has over 30 years of combined experience in the B-BBEE Consulting and Advisory industry. Previously being a SANAS accredited B-BBEE Verification Agency we have verified various ranges of companies; small, medium and large within the different sector codes.
We are well equipped with the required rounded technical knowledge, and see ourselves as specialists in the development and implementation of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment.
